No. 399.- His Majesty the KING has been pleased to approve the appointment of the Ilonourable Dr. PERCY SELWYN SELWYN-CLARKE, M.C., to be an Official Member of the Legislative Council during his tenure of office as Director of Medical Services, with effect from the 3rd March, 1938.

No. 400.-His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint Mr. KENNETH KEEN to be the Chief Assistant to the Secretary for Chinese Affairs, with effect from 14th May, 1938.
