Resolution made and passed by the Legislative Council under the Public Officers (Changes of Style) Ordinance, 1937, Ordinance No, 25 of 1937, on the 12th May, 1938.

Resolved that the style of the office of Assistant Attorney General' be changed to that of "Crown Counsel' for all purposes and that the following addition be made to the Schedule to the Public Officers (Changes of Style) Ordinance, 1937 :--

Old style of officer, office or department.

Assistant Attorney General.

New style of officer, office or department.

Crown Counsel.

ORDINANCE No. 13 of 1935. [PUBLIC HEALTH (FOOD)].

By virtue and in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 5 and 6 of the Public Health (Food) Ordinance, 1935, the Urban Council makes the following amendments of the heading "Dairies and Milk Shops" and the by-laws set forth thereunder in the Schedule to the said Ordinance :-

Amendments.

1. The heading "Dairies and Milk Shops" is rescinded and the following heading substituted therefor; namely "Sale of Milk generally and Dairies and Milk Shops".

2. The following by-laws are inserted, as by-laws 1A to 1C immediately after by-law 1:-

14. No person shall sell, offer or expose for sale or use in the preparation of some other article of food for sale any milk other than pasteurized milk.

For the purposes of this by-law "pasteurized milk" means milk which has been heated to, and retained for a period of not less than thirty minutes at, a temperature of not less than 145 degrees on the Fahrenheit scale and not more than 150 degrees on the Fahrenheit scale, and which has then immediately been cooled to a temperature of not more than 55 degrees on the Fahrenheit scale.
