CIRCUIT REGULATIONS -KAI TAK AIRPORT.

1. Left Hand Circuits will be made when approaching or taking off from the landing area in all winds from W.S.W. to N.E. in order that aircraft may turn away from the hills and be clear of obstructions.
When left hand circuits are in operation a red circuit flag will be flown from the Control tower at the N.E. corner of the Hangar at the western end of the landing area and a circuit board with a white "L' on a red background will be displayed on the roof of the Hangar adjoining the Control
tower.
2. Right Hand Cirenits will be made when approaching or taking off from the landing area in all, winds from N.E. 10 W.S.W. in order that aircraft may turn away from the hills and be clear of obstructions.
When right hand circuits are in operation a green circuit flag will be flown from the Control tower at the N.E. corner of the Hangar at the western end of the landing area and a circuit board with a white "R" on a green back ground will be displayed on the roof of the Hangar adjoining the Control
tower.
3. Right Hand Circuits will also be made in all winds under 4 K.P.H. and all take off's and landings to be made from N.W. to S.E.
A Black Ball will be displayed from the signal mast on the N.E. corner of the Hangar at the western end of the landing area and a circuit board with a white “R on a green back ground will be displayed on the roof of the Hangar adjoining the Control tower.
Whilst the conditions as stated in this paragraph are in force the Wind "T" in the N.W. corner of the landing area will be fixed heading from N.W. to S. E.
