No. 245.-It is hereby notified that Mr. THOMAS BLACK resumed duty as Accountant- General on 21st March, 1938.

No. 250.-With reference to Government Notification No. 88 of 9th February 1934, His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint Mr. WILLIAM EDWARD KIRBY to be a Member of the Committee to administer the Mercantile Marine Assistance Fund of Hong Kong, vice Captain ALEXANDER CAMPBELL, resigned, with effect from the 22nd March, 1938.
