His Excellency the Governor in Council has been pleased to direct under Section 5 of the Buildings Ordinance, 1935, Ordinance No. 18 of 1935, that the name of Mr. CHARLES EDWARD MOORE be added to the List of Authorized Architects published in Government Notification No. 824 of the 7th May, 1937.

It is hereby notified that Mr. CHARLES EDWARD MOORE, Architect. Buildings Ordinance Office, has been deputed by His Excellency the Governor in Council to act on behalf of the Building Authority in all cases referred to in Sections 117. 118, 119 and 120 of the Buildings Ordinance, 1935, in connection with dangerous buildings.
