If more than 40 minutes treatment is required at one time, the cost of two treat- ments will be charged.

Radium Treatment.

Simple cutaneous applications (involving no surgical procedure or making of appli- cators).

$30 for single treatment.

$60 for two or more treatments of same lesion.

Other treatments.- Minimum charge $60. For applications of radium amounting to more than 5,000 milligramme-hours, charges to be at the rate of $12 per 1,000 mgm. hrs., advancing by units of 1,000 mgm. hrs., with a maximum charge of $300.

N.B.-The above charges are exclusive of any surgical fees chargeable for inserting the radium, and are for first class patients; second class patients will be charged at half rates. Third class patients will be free.

The Director of Medical Services has discretionary power to waive all or part of any of the above charges.
