No. 96.- His Majesty the KING has been graciously pleased to sanction the admission of Sir GEOFFRY ALEXANDER STAFFORD NORTHCOTE, K.C.M.G., Governor of Hong Kong, to the Venerable Order of the Hospital of St. John of Jerusalem as a Knight of Grace as from 20th December, 1937.

No. 97.-His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint the Honourable Mr. ROLAND ARTHUR CHARLES NORTH to act as Colonial Secretary, with effect from the 9th February, 1938, during the absence from the Colony of the Honourable Mr. NORMAN LOCKHART SMITH, C.M.G., or until further notice.
