The following Order of His Majesty in Council is published for general information.

NOTE: The Carriage by Air (Parties to Convention) Order, 1934, (S.R. & O 1934 No. 1259--published as G. N. 16 of 4.1.1935) was replaced by the Carriage by Air (Parties to Convention) Order, 1935, (S. R. & O. 1935 No. 161).
The 1935 Order was replaced by the Carriage by Air (Parties to Convention) (No. 2) Order, 1935, (S. R. & O. 1935 No. 809).
The 1935 (No. 2) Order was replaced by the Carriage by Air (Parties to Convention) Order, 1936, (S. R. & O. 1936 No. 192).
The 1936 Grder was replaced by the Carriage by Air (Parties to Convention) Order, 1937, (S. R. & O, 1937 No. 718). This Order is now replaced by the Order published below.
AT THE COURT AT BUCKINGHAM PALACE,
THE 22ND DAY OF OCTOBER, 1937
PRESENT,
THE KING'S MOST EXCELLENT MAJESTY IN COUNCIL
Whereas a Convention for the unification of certain rules relating to international carriage by air was
on the twelfth day of October, nineteen hundred and twenty-nine, signed at Warsaw on behalf of His Majesty:
And whereas provision is made by the Carriage by Air Act, 1932, (a) for giving effect to the said Convention :
And whereas by subsection (2) of section one of the said Act His Majesty may by Order in Council from time to time certify who are the High Contracting Parties to the said Convention, in respect of what territories they are respec- tively parties and to what extent they have availed them- selves of the provisions of the Additional Protocol to the said Convention :
And whereas since the date of the Carriage by Air (Parties to Convention) Order, 1937, (b) the ratifications of the said Convention by His Majesty the King of Denmark and Iceland in respect of Denmark and by His Majesty the King of Norway have been deposited and the accessions to the said Convention of His Majesty the King of Sweden and the President of the Republic of Finland have been duly notified and it is therefore expedient that the said Order should be superseded by a more comprehensive Order:
Now, therefore, His Majesty is pleased, by and with the advice of His Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:-
(a) 22 & 23 Geo. 5. c. 36.
(b) S.R. & O. 1937, No. 718.
