No. 52. His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint Mr. DAVID KELVIN-STARK, Cadet Officer Class II, to be Superintendent of Inland Revenue, Estate Duty Commissioner and Collector of Stamp Revenue, with effect from the 1st of January, 1938.

No. 53. His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint Mr. JULIUS RING, B.Sc. (Eng.) (Birmingham), F.S.I., Chartered Surveyor, A.M.I. Struct. E., A.I.Mech. E., to be Assessor, with effect from the 1st of January, 1938.

No. 54.-His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint Mr. THOMAS BLACK to be Accountant-General, with effect from the 1st of November, 1937.

No. 55.-His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint Mr. DOUGLAS ERIC DAVIS to be an Assistant Superintendent of Imports and Exports and to act as Monopoly Analyst, with effect from the 22nd of January, 1938.
