Mr. DOUGLAS ERIC DAVIS, B.Sc., Chemistry, London, A.I.C., F.I.C., to be an Assistant Analyst, Imports and Exports Department, with effect from 6th January, 1938.

Commander WILLIAM NAPIER KINGDON, R.N. (Retired) to be an Officer Instructor to the Naval Volunteer Force in Hong Kong, with effect from 6th January, 1938.

His Excellency the Governor has been pleased, under the provisions of section of the Public Health (Sanitation) Ordinance, 1935, (Ordinance No. 15 of 1935) as amended by Ordinance No. 7 of 1937, specially to appoint YEUNG NGOK-SANG, Malarial Inspector, for the work of mosquito elimination, and to have the powers of officers of the Sanitary Department under the said Ordinance.
