(c) notwithstanding anything contained in section 9 thereof, the said Act shall not apply for the purpose of the apprehension and return to or from the Pudukkottai State of a person accused of any offence other than an offence described in the Schedule to this Order; and

(d) the "Governor' in relation to the Pudukkottai State, shall mean, in any case in which the fugitive offender is a European British subject, the Resident for the Madras States, and in any other case for the duration of the minority administration, the Administrator, and thereafter the Diwan of Pudukkottai.

4. This Order shall be published in the Gazette of India and shall thereupon come into operation.

Revolt or conspiracy to revolt by two or more persons on board a ship on the high seas against the authority of the master.
