In the goods of JULIUS NEUMANN deceased late of CôcLêu in the French Colony of Tonkin Com- missioner of the Imperial Mari- time Customs.

the Chief Justice has in virtue of Sec- tion 58 of Ordinance No. 2 of 1897 made an Order limiting to the 28th day of August 1906 as the time for creditors to send in their claims against the estate of JULIUS NEU- MANN late of CôcLêu in the French Colony of Tonkin deceased who died on the 5th September 1905 at CôcLêu in the French : Colony of Tonkin and Letters of Adminis tration were granted by the Supreme Court of Hongkong in its Probate Jurisdiction on the 25th day of May 1906 to JOHANNES BOUCHE the Secretary to the German Im- perial Consulate in Hongkong.

Notice is

also given that all such claims are to be sent in writing to the said Administrator JOHANNES BOUCHÉ Secretary to the German Imperial Consulate in Hongkong prior to the 28th August 1906 or no notice will be taken of them. All persons indebted to the above estate are requested to make immediate pay- ment to JOHANNES BOUCHE as such Adninis- trator.

The Trade Mark has been used by the applicants for upwards of 56 years in respect of the following goods:

Bristles, in Class 4.

Fire crackers and Fire works, in Class 20. Chinese ink and Lithographic, paper, in

Class 39.

Blackwood ware, in Class 41.

Cassia, Cassia Oil and Cassia buds for preparations of Perfumery and Per- fumed soap, in Class 48.

Palm fans, Partridge canes, Tsinglee Canes and Rattan cores, in Class 50- (8).

A facsimile of the Trade Mark can be seen at the Office of the Colonial Secretary of Hongkong and also at the Office of the under- signed.
