No. 498.-It is hereby notified that the Firm trading as HENRI NESTLÉ has by assignment transferred its trade marks registered on the 29th December, 1899, in respect of Condensed milk, in Class 42, to NESTLÉ AND ANGLO-SWISS CONDENSED MILK COMPANY, a Company organized under the Laws of Switzerland, of Cham and Vevey, Switzerland, and St. George's House, Eastcheap, London, E.C., Manufacturers of Condensed Milk and Milk Food.

Importation is temporarily prohibited of animal refuse, claws and hoofs, animal or human hair and bristles, untanned hides and hides salted or cured with arsenic, raw wool and rags, bags or sacks which have already been used, coming from or transhipped at Hongkong; also tapestry and used embroideries unless they are transported as personal baggage or in consequence of change of residence.
