An Ordinance to amend further the Trading

with the Enemy Ordinance, 1914.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hongkong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows

2. In this Ordinance--

'Enemy subject' means a subject of a State for the time being at war with His Majesty, and includes a body corporate constituted according to the laws of such a State.
