It is hereby notified for general information that, in addition to those already notified, the following person, having made application to be appointed auditor for the purposes of the Companies Ordinances, 1911-1915, is in my opinion qualified to perform the duties required by the said Ordinances to be performed by an auditor so far only as concerns the auditing of Chinese books and the books required to be kept in English under the proviso to Section 9 of the Companies Amendment Ordinance,
