No. 435. It is hereby notified that the following sales of Crown Land by Public Auction will be held at the District Land Office, Tai Po, at 3 p.m., on Monday, the 21st day of May, 1906.

The Lots are sold for the term of 75 years from the 1st day of July, 1898, with the right of renewal for a further term of 24 years, less 3 days, at a re-assessed Crown Rent as Agricultural Lots subject to the General Conditions of Sale published in Government Notification No. 365 of 1906, and to the Special Condition hereunder specified.

BOTANICAL AND FORESTRY DEPARTMENT.

No. 436. It is hereby notified that a plantation of Pine trees, situated East of Nam She Wat. Ping Shan District, will be sold by Public Auction at Ping Shan Police Station on May 23rd, 1996, at 3 p.m. Particulars as to the exact position of the trees and other neces- sary information may be obtained by application at the Ping Shan Police Station. The sale is subject to the condition that the successful competitor shall obtain a Forestry Licence for the plantation, and he shall comply with the rules printed thereon.
