COLONIAL SECRETARY'S DEPARTMENT.

No. 423. It is hereby notified that Thursday, the 24th May, being a Public and a Bank Holiday under the Victoria Day Ordinance, 1903, (Ordinance No. 14 of 1903), will be observed as a Government Holiday.

His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint Monday, the 4th June, to be observed as a holiday throughout Government Departments except the Police Magistrates' Department.

LOXLEY & Co., Hongkong, have complied with the requirements of Ordinance 6 of 1898, for the registration in this Colony of their Mark No. 126 of 1906, as applied to Italians, Repps, Brocades, Shirtings, Crimp cloth, Oxfords, Harvards, Cotton drills, Sheeting, Blankets, Broad cloth, Stripes, all made of Cotton material, in Class 24; and that the same has been duly registered.
