NOTICE is hereby given that the Petition.

Specification and declaration required by the above mentioned Ordinance have been duly filed at the office of the Colonial Secre- tary, and that it is the intention of the said MARCONI'S WIRELESS TELEGRAPH CO., LTD., by DENNYS & BOWLEY their Solicitors, to apply for Letters Patent for the exclusive use of the above named Invention, within the Colony of Hongkong, at a sitting of the Executive Council to be held at the Council Chainber, on Friday the 25th day of May, 1906.
