1. Postal Orders of the values named below, payable within three months at any Post Office in Antigua, Bahamas, Barbados, Bermuda, British Guiana, British Central Africa Protectorate, British Honduras, Cyprus, Ceylon, Dominica, Egypt, Falkland Islands, Gambia, Gibraltar, Gold Coast, Grenada, India, Jamaica, Lagos, Malta, Mauritius, Montserrat, Natal, Nevis, Newfoundland, New Zealand, Orange River Colony, St. Helena, St. Kitts, St. Lucia, St. Vincent, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, Somaliland Protectorate, Straits Settlements, Tobago, Trinidad, Transvaal, Turks or Caicos Islands, Virgin Islands, Zanzibar, and in the United Kingdom, and at the Agencies of the British Post Office at Ascension, Beyrout, Constanti- nople, Panama, Salonica, Smyrna, and Tangier, can be obtained at Hongkong or at any British Post Office in China at the following prices, which include Commission :-

2. The purchaser of any Postal Order must fill in the Payee's name before parting with it. He may also fill in the name of the Office where payment is to be made.. If this is not done the Order is payable (within three months) anywhere in the above places. Any Postal Order may be crossed to a Bank.
3. Postal Orders should always be forwarded in Registered Covers. If this precaution is not taken NO ENQUIRIES WHATEVER will be made as to the loss or alleged loss of any Order.
