No. 345. With reference to Government Notification No. 170 of the 24th October, 1888, His Excellency the Governor under instructions from the Secretary of State for the Colonies has been pleased to appoint THOMAS KIRKMAN DEALY to be Second Master in Queen's College with effect from the 16th March, in place of ALFRED JOHN MAY, retired.

No. 346.-His Excellency the Governor under instructions from the Secretary of State for the Colonies has been pleased to appoint REGINALD EDWARD OLIVER BIRD, Junior Assistant Master, Queen's College, to be a Senior Assistant Master, with effect from the 16th March.

No. 347. His Excellency the Governor under instructions from the Secretary of State for the Colonies has been pleased to appoint GRAVES WILLIAM EVES to be Chief Resident Engineer in charge of the Kowloon-Canton Railway, British Section."

It is hereby notified that BRITISHI-AMERICAN TOBACCO COMPANY, LIMITED, Registered Office, Cecil Chamber, 86, Strand, London, England, Tobacco manufacturers, have complied with the requirements of Ordinance 6 of 1898, for the registration in this Colony of their Mark No. 120 of 1906, as applied to Manufactured tobacco, in Class 45; and that the same has been duly registered.
