THE Creditors of the above named Com- pany are required. on or before Monday, the 23rd day of April. 1906, to send their names and addresses and the particulars of their debts or claims, and the names and addresses of their Solicitors (if any) to JOHN
WILLIAM LEE JONES of the Supreme Court ¦ House. Victoria, Hongkong, the Official Li- quidator of the said Company, and, if so
required, by notice in writing from the said Liquidator, are by their Solicitors or per-
sonally, to come in and prove their said debts or claims at the office of the said Official Li- quidator, Supreme Court House, aforesaid,
at such time as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof they will be ex-
cluded from the benefit of any distribution
made before such debts are proved.

The distinctive device of a shield with the Characters "Sam Li Yeong Hong" in Chinese printed upon it supported by two Lions Rampaut
with a ball of fire above the shield. The whole device rests on a ribbon. The Trade Mark is intended to be known as the Double Lion Brand,
