Amendment of Regulations under the Merchant Shipping Ordinance, 1899, (Ordinance No. 10 of 1899), made by the Governor in Council under Section 40 of the said Ordinance,
this 9th day of April, 1906.
The following Regulation No. 55A is inserted after Regulation No. 55 of the Regulations made by the Governor in Council on the 3rd day of November, 1903, and published in Government Notification No. 720 of the 6th November, 1903:-
Regulation No. 55A.- No boat shall carry more than the number of persons
for which it is licensed."
Form E, pablishel in the aforesaid Notification, is amendel by the allition of the words "number of persons who may be carried".
Regulation No. 20c of the Regulations nude by the Governor in Council on the 5th day of July, 1904, and published in Government Notification No. 542 of the 5th August, 1904, is amended by the omission of the words "land or "between the words "permitted to" and "take on board", as follows:—
Regulation No. 20c.--"No passen ger boat other than a passenger boat in Class A shall be permitted to take on board passengers at any point of the Praya between Ship Street Pier on the East and New Harbour Office Pier on the West."

No. 322a.-RESOLUTION.
Resolved by His Excellency the Governor in Council this day, under section 2 of the Water-works Ordinance, 1903, (No. 16 of 1903), that the district described below be defined as a district within which the water supply is to be controlled by means of rider mains and that the said district be known as "Rider Main District No. 6."
RIDER MAIN DISTRICT No. 6.
This district is bounded as follows:-
By a line commencing at the junction of Arsenal Street and Praya East; thence proceeding eastwards along Praya East and Great George Street until it ineets the western wall of Causeway Bay; thence along the western wall of Causeway Bay to its junction with Caroline Road; thence along Caroline Road to its junction with Leighton Hill Road; thence along Leighton Hill Road to its junction with Morrison Hill Road; thence along Morrison Hill Road to its junction with Gap Road; thence along Gap Rond to its junction with Queen's Road East; thence along Queen's Road East to its junction with Kennedy Road; thence along Kennedy Road until it meets the eastern boundary of War Department land, thence along the eastern boundary of War Department land until it meets Queen's Road East, thence along Queen's Road East to its junction with Arsenal Street, thence along Arsenal Street to its point of commencement. The line follows in all cases the centre line of the thoroughfares specified above.
