No. 275.-With reference to Government. Notification No. 776 of the 16th December, 1902, His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to direct that the Board for the Exami- nation of Interpreters shall from this date be incorporated with and shall form a sub-com- mittee of the Board of Examiners.

No. 277.-His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint 2nd Lieutenants HENRY WILLIAM BULMER KENNETT, JOSEPH SASSOON GUBBAY and JAMES TORDIFF Hayton, to be Lieutenants in the Hongkong Volunteer Corps, with effect from the 12th instant.

No. 278.-It is hereby notified that Messrs. SANDER WIELER AND COMPANY carry- ing on business at Victoria in the Colony of Hongkong and elsewhere as Merchants, have complied with the requirements of Ordinance 6 of 1898, for the registration in this Colony of their Mark No. 88 of 1906, as applied to Chemical substances used in manufactures, photo- graphy, or philosophical research, and anti-corrosives, in Class 1; and that the same has been duly registered.
