NOTICE is hereby given that a fog siren shall be established in the premises of Oshima Lighthouse of Oshima Island. It will, during thick or foggy weather give blasts of 4 seconds' duration separated by silent intervals of 40 seconds, on and after December 1st, 1915, thus:-

NOTICE is hereby given that the candle power and visible distance of the light of Yaku-shima Lighthouse N. W. point of Yaku-shima have been changed as follows since the 10th of November, 1915.

Yaku-shima Lighthouse.

Power: 18,000 candles.

Visible Distance :-22 nautical miles in clear night.

WRECK.

NOTICE is hereby given that the S.S.,Taro Maru lies sunk in about 25 feet of water on the western side of the South Channel, Hainan Strait. From the wreck the Entrance Buoy bears N. E. E., magnetic, distant about 3 cables.
