For full particulars apply at the Office of the Secretary to the Sanitary Board.

For form of tender apply at the Colonial Secretary's Office.

No tender will be considered unless the person tendering produces a receipt to the effect that he has deposited in the Treasury the sum of $25 as a pledge of the bona fides of his offer.

The successful tenderer will be required to sign a formal contract containing con- ditions to be prescribed by the Board.

The Government does not bind itself to accept the highest or any tender.
