HARBOUR NOTIFICATION.

No. 3 of 1915.

Vessels to proceed at slow speed when passing Whampoa Naval Dock.

Directions concerning.

NOTICE is hereby given that when a vessel is entering or leaving the Whampoa Naval Dock a large bine flag by day, and three red lights, vertically, by night, will be exhibited at the head of the Dockyard flag-staff.

Steamers observing either of the above specified signals exhibited shall proceed at dead slow speed when passing the vicinity of the Dock gates.
