NOTICE is hereby given that the Court

has, by virtue of Section 58 of The Probates Ordinance 1897 (No. 2 of 1897), made an order limiting the time for sending in claims to or against the above estate to the 7th day of November, 1915.

Creditors and claimants are hereby required

to send their claims to the undersigned by the

above date.

TRADE MARKS ORDINANCE, 1909.

Application for Registration of Trade Marks.

NOTICE is hereby given that A. LOPATO

SONS, LIMITED, (a Company registered under the laws of Hongkong), of 18, Bank Buildings, Victoria, in the Colony of Hongkong, Tobacco Manufacturers, have on 11th day of June, 1915, applied for the registration in Hongkong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Marks:-

(1.) This Trade Mark consists of a panel in which is depicted the figure of a boy wearing top boots and holding a cigarette between the thumb and first finger of the right hand held upright. At the top of the panel in Russian characters is the word "Tasty". At the left of the figure is the Company's name "A. Lopato Sons" in Russian characters.

(2.) This Trade Mark consists of a panel in which a lady is depicted in evening dress. Below are four gilt medals in half circles and immediately under in Russian characters the word "Dreams."

(3.) This Trade Mark consists of an oblong panel on which is depicted the figures of two elderly men in evening dress, one with his left arm extended and holding between his fingers a smoking

in the name of the Ax Yu Firm aforesaid who claim to be the sole proprietors thereof,

The Trade Mark is intended to be used by the Applicants in respect of the following goods in the following class:—
