This Trade Mark consists of a panel in the centre of which is depicted Three Gold Cash strung together with Chinese halberds pointing out left and right from two of the Cash. At top of the design are the words "Three !
Gold Cash" and at the foot the Chinese characters for same above the Company's name British Cigarette Co., Ltd.
On the right is a smaller panel to which two Chinese coins are attached. In- side this panel are the Chinese char- acters for "These Cigarettes are manufactured in China, enjoying a world wide reputation and being in overy way superior on account of their hygienic quality".

The Trade Marks is intended to be used by the applicants forthwith in respect of the follow- ing goods :---
Manufactured Tobacco, in Class 45.
"The above mentioned Trade Mark is to be associated with Trade Mark No. 239 of 1906.

The Applicants disclaim the right to the exclusive use of the word "Formosa in Russian characters appearing in the above mentioned Trade Mark.

OTICE is hereby given that A. LOPATO SONS, LIMITED, (a Company registered
under the laws of Hongkong), of 18, Bank Buildings, Victoria, in the Colony of Hong-
kong, Tobacco Manufacturers, have on the 11th day of June, 1915, applied for the registration in Hongkong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Marks :
(1) This Trade Mark consists of a panel
surrounded by a border. In the centre of the panel surrounded by a Scroll in Russian Characters is the
word "Elegant ".
2. This Trade Mark consists of a panel surrounded by a border. In the centre of the panel surrounded by a Scroll in Russian characters is the word "Device,"
