Now the condition of this obligation is that if (in res- pect of the ship
whereof
is master) all and every the requirements of the Chinese Passengers Act, 1855, and of the Asiatic Emigration Ordinance, 1915, and of the regulations contained in the Schedules to the said Ordinance shall be well and truly performed [in like manner as the same ought to be observed and performed in case the said ship were a British ship, aud the said
were a British subject] (a) then this obligation to be void, otherwise to remain in full force and effect.
