LAND OFFICE.

No. S. 184. It is hereby notified that the following Sales of Crown Land by Public Auction will be held at the District Office, Tai Po, at II a.m., on Monday, the 20th day of September, 1915.

The Lots are sold for the term of Seventy-five years from the 1st day of July, 1898, with the right of renewal for a further term of 24 years less 3 days at a re-assessed Crown Rent Lot No. 365 as a Building Lot and Lot No. 366 as a Garden Lot subject to the General Conditions of Sale published in Government Notification No. 365 of 1906. Lot No. 365 is also subject to Special Condition No. 5 published in Government Notifica- tion No. 278 of 1911; Lot No. 366 is also subject to Special Conditions Nos. 1, 2 and 3 published in Government Notification No. 697 of 1909. Lot No. 365 is further subject to Special Conditions Nos. 1, 2 and 3 and Lot No. 366 to Special Condition No. 3 here- under specified. Both Lots are sold subject to existing rights of way over the Lots.

The amount to be spent on Lot No. 365 in rateable improvements under the General Condition No. 5 is $2,000.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS.

1. The Purchaser shall be entitled to construct within the Lot such graves of Chinese design as he may wish.

2. The Purchaser shall pay compensation for any trees now growing on the Lot, such compensation to be assessed by the District Officer.

3. No diversion of any public paths crossing either of the Lots shall be made without the consent of the Land Officer.

No. S. 185. It is hereby notified that the following Sale of Crown Land by Public Auction will be held at the Police Station, Tai Po, at 12 Noon, on Thursday, the 23rd day of September, 1915.

The Lots are sold for the term of Twenty-one years from the 1st day of July, 1915, with the right of renewal for a further term of 7 years less 3 days at a re-assessed Crown Rent as Agricultural Lots, subject to the General Conditions of Sale published in Government Notification No. 365 of 1906 and to the Special Condition No. 4 published in Government Notification No. 697 of 1909 and No. 5 published in Government Notifica- tion No. 278 of 1911 and to the Special Conditions hereunder specified.
