The above mentioned Trade Marks have respectively been used by the Applicants since June 1911, all in respect of Manufactured Tobacco, in Class 45, and the Applicants dis- claim the right to the exclusive use of the words **Tasty and "Chic" in Russian characters appearing respectively in the above mentioned Trade Marks Nos. 1 and 3.
