The above mentioned Trade Mark No. 1 has been used by the Applicants since at least the year 1905, and the above mentioned Trade Mark No. 2 has been used by the Applicants and their predecessors in business since the 6th April, 1889, both in respect of Perfumery (in- cluding toilet articles, preparations for the teeth and hair, and perfumed soap), in Class 48.
The above mentioned Trade Mark No. 3 has been used by the Applicants since the month of September, 1914, in respect of Chemical Sub- stances used for Agricultural, Horticultural, Veterinary and Sanitary Purposes, in Class 2.
