No. 1 of 1915.
Dredging Operations for the Purpose of Constructing a Breakwater.
NOTICE is hereby given that on or about the first of August, 1915, dredging opera- tions will begin for the purpose of constructing a Breakwater.
While such operations are in process of execution, a black spar buoy surmounted by a wicker shape will be moored to the Northward of the Dredger.
Masters of Vessels are when nearing and passing the dredging-plant to go as slowly as possible, and when entering the Inner Harbour from Seaward to leave the buoy on the port hand.
The Dredger will exhibit by day a Red Flag, and by night a Red Light, over a White Light, vertically.

NOTICE is hereby given that the luminous power of Wakkanai Lighthouse on Nos- shafu-misaki, Province of Kitami, Hokkaido, has been increased to 150,000 candles since the 30th of July, 1915.

Yerimo-zaki Lighthouse.
NOTICE is hereby given that the luminous power and visibility of the light of Yerimo- zaki, Lighthouse on Yermo-zaki, Province of Hidaka, Hokkaido, have been increased to 180,000 candles and 22 nautical miles in clear night respectively since the 2nd of July 9th, 1915.
