final dividend or return of capital at the rate of 20 cents per share, on such of the shares of the Company as have been fully paid in Cash, has been declared in the above matter, payable within one year from date hereof. Rue du Colonel Moll, Paris, on the 1st May, 1915, the following Extraordinary Resolution was duly passed and at a subsequent General Meeting of the Members of the said Company also duly convened and held at the same place on the 20th day of May, 1915, the following special Resolution was duly confirmed. That the Articles of Association of this Company be altered in manner following :-

(1.) By deleting Article 85.

(2) By deleting from Article 92 the words but be shall not require any quali- fication".

(3.) By deleting from Article 99 the
