STEAMER Monmouthshire reports passed derelict schooner 11.30 yesterday morning both masts standing decks awash stem to foremast about 6 feet forecastle above water position latitude 33° 58′ North longitude 130° 10′ East Oroshima South 47 West distant 9 miles drifting Eastwards extremely dangerous to navigation.
