the Members of the above Company duly convened and held at St. George's Build- ing, Chater Road, Victoria, in the Colony of Hongkong, on Monday the twenty-eight day of June, 1915, the subjoined Resolutions which were passed as Extraordinary Resolu- tions at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held on the twelfth day of June, 1915, were confirmed as Special Resolu- tions
1. That the Company he wound-up voluntarily and that Messrs. Shewan, Tomes & Co., of St. George's Build- ing aforesaid be, and they hereby are, appointed Liquidators for the purposes of such winding-up.
2. That the remuneration of the said Liquidators for their services in the winding-up shall not exceed the sum of $50.

The Trade Mark has been used by the Applicant in respect of Crucibles made of Plumbago or Graphite, and other like fire-

Plumbago or Graphite, and Plumbago (a
manufactured article), in class 30.
These three marks are to be associated.
The essential particulars of the second Trade Mark are the combination of triangle and crucible devices and the word "Sala- mander" and the applicants disclaim any right to the exclusive use of the added matter, except in so far as it consists of their own
name.
