NOTICE is hereby given that at the first convenient opportunity a black conical 6 foot buoy surmounted by a black triangular cage, inverted, will be placed at the Eastern entrance of the South channel, Hainan Straits, about 23 miles S. 38° E. (magnetic) from the Riversdale Rock Buoy.

MANILA
June 2, 1915.
THE occulting white light (7 seconds light, 3 seconds eclipse) now shown from a white wooden tower, will on or about July 1st, 1915, be changed to an acetylene flashing white, one white flash every five (5) seconds, and, be shown from the top of the keeper's dwelling, about 150 feet west from its present position. Height, range and are of visibi- lity remaining the same.
Additional notice will be published after installation of the new light.
