The Trade Mark has been used by the Applicant in respect of Crucibles made of Plumbago or Graphite, and other like fire- standing goods included in Class 30 made of Plumbago or Graphite, and Plumbago (a manufactured article), in class 50.
These three marks are to be associated.
The essential particulars of the second Trade Mark are the combination of triangle and crucible devices and the word Sala- mander" and the applicants disclaim any right to the exclusive use of the added matter, except in so far as it consists of their own
