ERNEST WILLIAM KNIGHT heretofore call- ed and known by the name of ERNEST WILLIAM SCHENK hereby give public notice that on the 18th day of May. 1915, I for- mally and absolutely renounced relinquished and abandoned the use of my said surname of SCHENK and then assumed and adopted and determined thenceforth on all occasions whatsoever to use and subscribe the surname of KNIGHT instead of the said surname SCHENK. And I give further notice that by a deed poll dated the 18th day of May. 1915. duly executed and attested I formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the said surname of SCHENK and declared that I had assumed and adopted and intended thenceforth upon
