NOTICE.

HE advertisement issued by the com- pradore of the HOI LEUN COAL-MINING, Head Office and the securities :-

Head MINING ADMINISTRATION

Office, hereby declare that from the 4th May, 1915, WONG YIK NAM and CHAN FOONG HOP are the securities of HUI KWUN SHUN who since January, 1915, has been employed as compradore in this Head Office as aforesaid.

It is agreed that neither the compradore himself nor the securities can use the Com- pradore Seal to guarantee the loan of money from other persons and the execution of any other business; and the responsibility for any loan of money should be held by the borrower himself.

As to the payment of goods, a receipt sealed by the compradore should be taken by the customer from the said Head Office.

in the name of AFRICAN CIGARETTE COM- PANY, LIMITED, who claim to be the proprie. tors thereof.

The Trade Mark has been used by the Ap- plicants in respect of Manufactured Tobacco, since the 7th day of October, 1913.
