in the name of REGESAN, LIMITED, who claim to be the proprietors thereof.
The Trade Marks next hereinafter mentioned have respectively been used by the Applicants as follows viz: No. 1 since the 24th January, 1912; Nos. 3 and 5, since the month of Septem- ber 1914; No. 6 since the mouth of December 1912; No. 7 since the month of March 1912; Nos. 8 and 9 since the month of September 1912 and No. 10 has been used by the appli- cants and their predecessors in business since the 2nd March, 1906; all in respect of Chemical Substances prepared for Use in Medicine and Pharmacy, in Class 3.
The above mentioned Trade Marks Nos. 2 and have respectively been used by the Applicants since the 24th January, 1912, and the month of September 1914; both in res- pect of Perfumery (including toilet articles, preparations for the teeth and hair and per- fumed soap), in Class 48.
The above mentioned Trade Marks Nos. 3 and 10 are to be associated with each other.
