OTICE is hereby given that our Com- pany was established in or about the month of June, 1914, with an adequate capital to carry on the business of foreign goods at Haiphong, Annam and other places and we "have not so far raised any money by way of loans or mortgages from outside. By the terms of our partnership agreement, all acknowledgments for loans or deposits must bear an impression of our chop and also the signatures of Mr. LI SAI FAN the President, Mr. LI TSZ CHIU the General Manager and Mr. CHAN YUE TIN the Treasurer and we shall not recognise any loans made on acknow. ledgments executed otherwise, in which case, the persons executing the acknowledgments only will be responsible for such loans.
