OTICE is hereby given that JOHN WALKER BOLLES, Attorney for the STANDARD OIL COMPANY OF NEW YORK, with offices in Hotel Mansions, Hongkong, has on the 26th September, 1914, applied for the registration in Hongkong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark :- The Trade Mark is triangular in form and
contains the device of a
Pegasus" or "Flying Horse surmounted by the words "Pegasus Brand" and underneath the words "Naphtha", "Standard Oil Company of New York" and ("Incorporated ") in three lines respectively. Along the inner sides of the triangle and to the right and left of the device are inscribed the words "26 Broadway, N.Y., U.S.A.",
in the name of the STANDARD OIL COMPANY OF NEW YORK, who claim to be the sole pro- prietors thereof.
The Trade Mark is intended to be used by the Applicant forthwith in respect of the following goods :-
Illuminating heating or lubricating oi
in Class 47.
A facsimile of the Trade Mark can be seen at the Office of the Registrar of Trade Marks, Hongkong.
