Application for Registration of Trade Mark.
OTICE is hereby given that IGAHIKO SUMIDA Managing Director of the TEIKOKU BREWERY CO., LTD., of No. 2805, Dairicho, (near Mozi) Kiku-Gun, Fukuoka- Ken, Japan, has on the 13th day of November, 1914, applied for the registration in Hong- kong in the Register of Trade Marks of the following Trade Marks namely:-

(1.) The word "Sakura written in Japanese characters enclosed in
an oblong label.
(2.) A label with the word “Sakura
written in English. Above is a representation of a Cherry flower and two ears of corn;
in the name of IGAHIKO ŠUMIDA, who claims to be the sole proprietor thereof,
The Trade Marks have been used by the Applicant in respect of Beer, in Class 43.
Facsimiles of the Trade Marks have been deposited in the Office of the Registrar of Trade Marks and can also be seen at the office of the undersigned..
