Postal Orders of the values named below, payable within three months at any Post Office in Antigua, Bahamas, Barbados, Bermuda, British Guiana, British Honduras, Cyprus, Ceylon, Dominica, Egypt, Falkland Islands, Gambia, Gibraltar, Gold Coast, Grenada, India, Jamaica, Lagos, Malta, Mauritius, Montserrat, Natal, Nevis, Newfoundland, New Zealand, Orange River Colony, St. Helena, St. Kitts, St. Lucia, St. Vincent, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, Somaliland Protectorate, Straits Settlements, Tobago, Trinidad, Transvaal, Turks or Caicos Islands, Virgin Islands, Zanzibar, and in the United Kingdom, and at the Agencies of the British Post Office at Ascension, Beyrout, Constantinople, Panama, Salonica, Smyrna, and Tangier, can be obtained at Hongkong or at any British Post Office in China at the following prices, which include Commission :---

2. The purchaser of any Postal Note must fill in the Payee's name before parting with He may also fill in the name of the Office where payment is to be made. If this is not done the note is payable (within three months) anywhere in the above places. Any Postal Note may be crossed to a Bank,
3. Postal Notes should always be forwarded in Registered Covers. If this precaution is not taken NO ENQUIRIES WHATEVER will be made as to the loss or alleged loss of any Note.

HARBOUR MASTER'S DEPARTMENT.
No. 180.-Information has been received from the Military Authorities that Gun Practice will be carried out as under:-
On Friday, 2nd March:-
From Kowloon (in conjunction with practice from Stonecutters) in a Westerly direction, at ranges up to 14,000 yards, commencing at 10 a.m., and finishing at 12 noon.
* On Friday, 9th March:-
From Lyenun on to land surrounding Junk Bay, at ranges up to 3,000 yards,
· commencing at 10 a.m., and finishing at 1 p.m.
* On Monday, 12th March :-
From Boa Vista on to Mount Collison and Tytam Bay, at ranges up to 8,000
yards, commencing at 10 a.m., and finishing at 1 p.m.
If the weather is unfavourable on either of the above dates, practice will take place on the following day.
All ships, junks and other vessels are to keep clear of the range.
*Both practices will be concluded on first day if possible.
