No. 165. With reference to Government Notification No. 47 of the 18th January, 1906, it is hereby notified that information has been received from the Military Authorities that the Gun Practice carried on from the Northern Slopes of Beacon Hill and Eagle's Nest will now be completed between the 5th and 8th instant.

No. 166.-Notice is hereby given that the JOSEPH SCHLITZ BREWING COMPANY, of the City of Milwaukee, in the County of Milwaukee, and State of Wisconsin, one of the United States of America, has complied with the requirements of Ordinance 6 of 1898, for the registration in this Colony of its Mark No. 53 of 1906, as applied to Ma't liquors, including bottled beer in Class 43; and that the same has been duly registered.
