No. 163. His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint EDWARD JONES, First Boarding Officer, to act as Assistant Harbour Master during the absence on leave of BASIL REGINALD HAMILTON TAYLOR, Assistant Harbour Master.

No. 164. With reference to Government Notification No. 128 of the 6th March, 1903, His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to re-appoint FUNG WA CHÜN and LAU CHU PAK to be members of the Sanitary Board for a further period of three years from the 6th March, 1906.
