Queen's Road Central, Victoria, Hongkong, on the 20th day of January 1906, the following special Resolution was duly passed, and at a subse. quent Extraordinary General Meeting of the members of the said Company also duly con vened and held at the same place on the 10th of February 1906, the following Resolution was duly Confirmed, viz:
*That the Company be wound up volun- tarily and that Mr. Lo KoÒN TING and Mr. HUI SHUN CHUN be and they are hereby appointed liquidators for the purposes of such winding

On each corner of the label on the right hand side is one Chinese character rend- ing Po Shing meaning Precious Stars. On one side of the said illustration
