Now the condition of this obligation is that if the above- bounden 4.B. shall well and truly observe and comply with all the requirements of the said recited Ordinance, so far as the same relate to passage brokers, and further, shall well and truly pay all fines, forfeitures, and penalties, and also all sums of money, by way of subsistence money, or of return passage money, and compensation to any passenger, or on his account, and also all costs which the above- bounden A.B. may at any time be adjudged to pay under or hy virtue of any of the provisions of the said recited Ordinance or of the Chinese Passengers Act, 1855, of the Imperial Parliament, then and in such case this obligation to be void, otherwise to remain in full force.
