No. 71. With reference to Government Notification No. 67 of this date, Mr. S. SWART will remain in charge of both the Norwegian and the Swedish Consulates.

No. 72.-His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to grant to Captain G. P. LAMMERT, Hongkong Volunteer Corps, leave of absence for nine months, commencing from the 1st March, 1906.

No. 73.-Notice is hereby given that the STANDARD OIL COMPANY of New York, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of New York, a citizen of the United States of America, and domiciled, located and doing business in the City of New York, State of New York, has complied with the requirements of Ordinance 6 of 1898, for the registration in this Colony of its Mark No. 16 of 1906, as applied to Oils particularly refined petroleum, in Class 47, and that the same has been duly registered.
